Fish Fry and Hay Ride

This past Saturday we had a fish fry and hay ride at Church. I think it was the best one ever. The kids (I) loved the hay ride. We had a separate hay ride for the little kids that was earlier than usual. We got to see where we were going and the kids were not out in the cold. Can you believe there is a picture of me taken at an event? (thanks Amanda!)

We also had an inflatable obstacle coarse and moonwalks. The kids had the best time. They were all red in the face from playing so hard. We were one of the last ones leaving and the kids pitched a fit wanting to stay.
The thing that I enjoyed the most was the fellowship with my fellow Christians. I am so privileged to have such great friends.

Carbon Hill Competion

I know everyone is probably sick of hearing about cheerleading, but get over it!!!
This has been our life for the past few months. We are finished for a month until Upward Basketball starts.
Kaylee was in a competition at Carbon Hill this past Saturday. They came in 2nd place(even though I think they should have won). They had a lot of fun. They have put a lot of hard work in their routine. I'm still not sure if she will do this next year.

Kaylee's Birthday

I can't believe today is Kaylee's 9th birthday. It seems like it was only yesterday that I found out that we were pregnant with her. These past 9 years have just flown by. I want to thank God for my little angel. She had a really good day. She had a cookie cake at school today for her friends. After school we went to my parents house for pizza and a cake. She spent time with her Uncle Brian, Aunt Chelle, Kenzee and Ethan and her Nana (Paw had to work).

Finally!!!!!!! An Update

Sorry it has taken me so long to update. I have been off since this past Thursday. I had to go back to work today. The girls had a pep rally at school on Thursday so I took off and went and ate lunch with them and stayed for the pep rally. Kaylee's squad did their routine for the school and they showed off their trophy. That night we went to Samanthafeast.
On Friday Keiton had his 3 year checkup. He weighs 35 pounds. He is in the 75th percentile in height and weight. He got his finger stuck and didn't even cry. He is such a good boy.
On Saturday, we went to the parade and then Kaylee had a game that afternoon.
Sunday we went to church. We had a Christian Karaoke night. It was so fun. We have a lot of talent in our kids. God has truly blessed!!!
Monday and Tuesday we really didn't do anything. Which was fine with me. We all needed a break. We did not want to get back in the routine today.

This is just some fun pictures.

Keiton loves playing in his sister's shoes

Alabama Homecoming Parade

On Saturday, we went to the Alabama homecoming parade. Michelle, Mckenzee and Ethan went with us. The kids had so much fun. They LOVE Big Al. Keiton loved the band, or should I say the drums. The girls liked the cheerleaders. Keiton says he wants to be a football player when he gets older. I don't know if I can handle watching my baby get tackled.

This has become a yearly tradition. Every year we meet and let the kids watch the parade together. We have been doing this since Kaylee was 1 year old. We may not be able to go to the games but I really don't think they mind.

I am so glad my kids are so close in age to my nieces and nephews (two are not pictured). They have so much fun together.

ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheerleading Competition

Kaylee's cheerleading squad was in a competition in Winfield, AL. Their squad came in 3rd place out of 25 groups. Their squad was the 2nd biggest group. We are so proud of them. They worked so hard. I want to thank her coaches' Crystal Marquis and Rita Barrentine for all the hard work they have done.
